WARRANTY INFORMATION
AMF Lighting Technology, Inc. warrants to the purchaser that our electronic high-intensity discharge (HID) ballasts, including high-pressure sodium lamp and metal halide lamp ballasts, are free of defects in materials and workmanship. If any ballast that is installed in accordance with Underwriters Laboratories (UL) specifications, National Electrical Code (NEC), applicable building codes, and the specifications and application instructions provided by AMF Lighting Technology, Inc., proves to be defective within three (3) years from the date of manufacture, AMF Lighting Technology, Inc. will, at its option, repair or make available a replacement. AMF Lighting Technology, Inc. is not responsible for damage to the ballast caused by excessive electrical load to the ballast or by excessive dynamic load resulting from impact or dropping. Nor will AMF Lighting Technology, Inc. be responsible for any damage to the ballast resulting from auxiliary equipment not supplied by AMF Lighting Technology, Inc. to the purchaser or end shall not exceed the cost of supplying a liability of AMF Lighting Technology, Inc. to the purchaser or end user shall not exceed the cost of supplying a replacement. AMF Lighting Technology, Inc. shall not be held liable for damage from loss of use, loss os profit, business loss, or other incidental damage.
